Please note that all guests 12 years old and above will need an extra bed (RM60nett/night inclusive of buffet breakfast). Extra bed is subject to availability.
Child aged 5-11 years old sharing existing bedding will be charged RM15 for buffet breakfast per day. Adult add-on RM30 per pax. Breakfast for child up to 5 years old sharing existing bedding is included in the room rate.
Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in.
The Hotel can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in a secure location until the guest room is ready.
Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival than the hotel's standard check-in time or a departure later than noon, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier than the hotel's check-in time and want to guarantee that you would be able to check into your room upon arrival, we would advise you to reserve the night prior to the date of arrival.
Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by The Hotel. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change.
Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including, but not limited to, late check-out fees and/or an extra night's charges being applied to your bill. Should Housekeeping find any damages, in any way, the Hotel reserves the right to bill the relevant recovery charges to your account. Under Section 4 of the revised Innkeepers Act 248 of 1981, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables or money left by guest in their rooms. A complimentary in-room safe is available in each room.
Tourism Tax - An additional Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night will apply to foreign Tourists upon check-in for stays from 1 January 2023 onwards. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR will be exempted.
